At Artisti Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your coffee equipment or merchandise isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging, then clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your item back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival and processing.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
