We roast our beans daily at our roastery. Your order is typically roasted and shipped within 24-48 hours to ensure you receive the freshest possible product for peak flavor.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster arrival.

Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both. You can select 'Whole Beans' or choose a specific grind setting—such as Espresso, Filter, or French Press—to suit your home brewing equipment.

What is your return policy for coffee and equipment?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, brewing equipment can be returned within 30 days if it is unused and in its original packaging.
